You will have approved the concepts, scripts, cast, locations and sets before any shooting takes place and finished productions and media plans prior to launch. And you own the deliverables 100% – even if we do the campaign on a shared risk basis.
You will receive prelogs and postlogs for paid media showing Stations, Cities, Date and Time of airings (frequency); weekly performance reports showing attributed web and phone responses; week over week comparisons; optimized media plans, etc. For earned media you will receive links to the content and reports showing when and where print, radio and online placements have occurred, circulation data, equivalent ad space cost, and digital clippings–verifying the guaranteed number of placements and audience impressions.
Your costs will not exceed the amount you approved in writing.
Your productions will be completed and delivered on the date promised.
